Weekly Reading: ” The Top of the Head of Zazen,” pp. 94-95 in Danin Katagiri’s You Have to Say Something: Manifesting Zen Insight.

This sitting group includes an opening service, two periods of zazen, one period of kinhin, a tea service, discussion of the koan and reading, and closing vows.

Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.
